The Company
The Facilitators render their National Services between you and the NHBRC, centralized at our Centurion branch to ensure optimum attention as we facilitate your procedures and processes.
We can assist in obtaining quotes and putting you in touch with experts related to Professional Services such as Geotechnical, Engineering (Structural and Civil), Legal, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, Architectural, Town Planning, Insurance Guarantees.
Our success is based on a very sound data base designed for diverse applications in order to maximise our services to our clients.
The senior Directors of The Facilitators have more than 75 (Seventy-Five) years Property Development and Marketing experience (C.E.A’s) and have been involved with NHBRC applications, procedures and processes since its existence from 1997/1998.
Our team of 14 (fourteen) consist of Marketers, Administrators and Co-ordinators.
We keep our client base informed of any dynamic changes regarding applications, procedures and processes initiated by the NHBRC.
We also advise and assist all professionals involved with the implementation of “The Act” known as the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act No 95 of 1998.

What We Do For You
We consult, advise, assist, and submit to the NHBRC all relevant requirements on your behalf as per the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act 95 of 1998.
We will follow all Procedures, Processes, Rules and Regulations to ensure that you stay within the bounds of Act 95 of 1998 and thus prevent suspension, fines, criminal offences ending up in being convicted, which can also include imprisonment.
