We will apply for the amendment of your enrolment certificate(s) on your behalf if one of the following happens: The property description has changed due to consolidation or subdivision, unit numbering has changed due to re-arrangement or if numbering needs to be as per the section title register. - Selling Price Increase
If you have under-enrolled or there has been a change in the specifications, the enrolment value may be adjusted to reflect the current selling price.
